    All questions about paid programs must be directed to [email protected]. All e-mails are answered twice per day.

    If you didn’t get a response, you didn’t send the message to correct address. The system sends you a ticket number as soon as you e-mail us.

    Please ensure you are using the latest web browser; try a different one if necessary. This is an issue with your computer. Our website uses standardized off-the-shelf learning software (LearnDash) and we have tens of thousands of users accessing the course without any problems. It’s likely you have some setting in your browser or other software causing these issues – they’re not a problem on our end.

    Generally if you’re having issues with our website, the issue is your web browser configuration. We have tens of thousands of users completing programs without any issues whatsoever.

    Please clear your cache and ensure you’re running latest software. Outdated software usually causes this problem. It is possible you have a firewall or another plugin set up that’s blocking certain code. We have many thousands of students advancing through the program without any issues.
